I needed to replace my upstairs HVAC system (inside and outside). My plan was to do my research, add my project to HomeAdvisor and receive quotes from three (3) companies. The first quote I received was well within my budget, but was very impersonal (did not come out, did not provide a quote in writing, did discuss what I wanted with estimated price and what they recommended with estimated price. Key word, estimated. The price may have changed once they came out and performed a site survey). The next quote I received IMO was a bit disrespectful. They asked what I wanted and I explained down to the make and model. They then proceeded to tell me what they thought I should purchase and why I should go with their recommendation. After our conversation, they gave me a quote in writing. There were four (4) levels to the quote (Rolls Royce to Kia). The problem was, none of the items in the quote were what I asked for; they were all what the company had recommended. It was like, you'll take what I give you, pay almost 2x my first quote and you'll like it. Needless to say, I added their quote to the circular file as soon as they left. The last quote came from Go Heating & Air. The gentlemen showed up on time and listened to what I wanted. He then compared what I wanted to a couple recommendations. Based on the comparison, I requested quotes for his recommendations as well as what I wanted. He provided the quotes in writing for turn key service. In the end, I went with my gut and purchased the make model that I wanted. As a cherry on the sundae, of the three (3) companies that provided quotes, Go Heating & Air had the best price (it should be noted, Go Heating & Air did not know of the two (2) quotes I had received from the other companies. They just gave me their best price). The team showed up as scheduled and were very professional. They had everything installed and working within about 7 hours and I can't be more satisfied. I would strongly recommend when you need your system replaced, you consider Go Heating & Air.

Only ones I could reach on a hot summer day when our AC went out. Mike came out at 9am Saturday night for an estimate. The guys did a great job installing it Monday.

These guys did a great job, quickly and for a reasonable price. The only issue was that the installers didn't realize they needed to add 1/2 pint of coolant to the system to make it work more efficiently. However, Mike was happy to come out the following day and troubleshoot / fix the problem. I highly recommend these guys.

My a/c went out on a Sunday afternoon. Their scheduler contacted me asap and was able to put me on their schedule for first thing Monday morning. My technician, Wesley, was very professional and courteous. He figured out the issue quickly and had my system back up and running in record time. I will definitely use them again the next time my a/c unit needs service or routine maintenance.

I had multiple offers for this project, and only two companies took the time to explain EXACTLY what would be done and what was included in the quote. Go was the most professional with Mike taking the time to explain everything and available to answer any questions I might have after he left. They do not pressure sale you like some companies still do and their proposal is well defined online when you receive it. Their crew was also professional and polite and spent their time wisely and efficiently. They did a wonderful job installing our new system.

No nonsense, honest and very competitive pricing, knowledgeable, friendly CS; we ve used Samms for years but no more. Now we go with Go for our 2 homes.

we upgraded from a 3 ton unit to a 4 ton unit it took 12 hours to install there was some challenges they worked through and they did it in a professional manor. I have only used it a couple of times since install.
