Go Kleen provides thorough deep cleaning of my home (including baseboards, steam mopping of floors, blinds, Windows, etc). They also complete special requests (eg making up of beds, etc) and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They ask for your feedback upon task completion which is valued to me. I would recommend their business to anyone needing this type of service.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I found myself in a bad situation and needed someone to clean and apartment that I rented for someone who left the place in an unbelievable state. Truly uninhabitable..Jocelyn and her team were amazing. They cleaned the apartment and even assisted me obtaining additional help that I needed. I would use them again. Great job

I have never dealt with a company that took your money and didnt do anything they were suppose to...I paid them 300 dollars for a move out cleaning...my bedroom was not even touched,,no dusting ..bathroom not cleaned....floors never touched...it was 4 people and all I can tell they did was clean my ceiling fans....it was a disgrace..Im 71 yrs old and can not do everything like I use to.....on a fixed income...trying to sell my house and they took complete advantage of this situation....they are just not cleaners.....A 2 yr old could have done what they did.....this is about the 3rd or 4th time I have hired from HA and none of them did their job....surely will never use Go Kleen again....I could do what they did and Im not really up to it...but could have done it as good as they did.....My floors not being done was the worse and all the dust they left and didnt clean my bathroon....sorry to vent but so glad u sent this survey...very dissappointed with the service.....Tks for caring enough to ask how they did.....It was an experience for me....plus cost money I didnt have....now I have to get someone to clean again....

"Hi Josie, Thanks for your response. I'm sorry you felt that way. I would never take advantage of anyone. I have a mother and a grandmother and I wouldn't want someone to do that to them . Therefore, I wouldn't do that to anyone. Your house was cleaned from top to bottom including your high ceiling. Both bathrooms were cleaned including the floors. I purchased a rug doctor to ensure your rug was cleaned on my own because I knew you wanted your house sparkling clean because you were expecting company. During our first initial visit you explained it was hard for you to change your sheets. The day of cleaning I told you we will make sure you have clean sheets. Before leaving I asked was there anything else you need done, you said no. Before I left I asked you were you satisfied you said yes. I explained to you I always want to make sure my customers are satified before leaving. I will be more than happy to give you a one-time free cleaning. I take pride to make sure all of my customers are happy. Thanks, Joselyn"
