Go Local Pro Services LLC is a local, family-owned business helping homeowners in Iva, Anderson, and nearby communities with plumbing, home repairs, assembly, and everyday maintenance. We look at the whole project. A plumbing leak may leave damaged drywall or a ceiling that needs patching. A new cabinet may need assembly, hardware, and shelving. Matthew brings a variety of practical skills together to help you get the job finished, with fewer loose ends and less hassle. Our services include plumbing repairs and diagnostics, sewer camera inspections, furniture and cabinet assembly, drywall patching, minor carpentry, deck repairs, and other home projects. We also offer caulking and joint sealing for sheds, garages, and outbuildings, including interior and exterior gaps where walls meet concrete floors or foundations. Whether you have an unexpected repair or a growing to-do list, we offer friendly, patient service, honest communication, and care for your home. We?re happy to help older adults, busy families, and anyone who could use an extra hand. Send us a photo or tell us what you need. We?ll discuss the work and provide a clear estimate. Estimates: Free within 20 miles. A $55 travel/estimate fee applies 21?35 miles away and $75 for 36?50 miles. Fees are credited toward approved work. Locations beyond 50 miles are quoted individually.
