"Go Cleaning Services respectfully disputes portions of this complaint and would like to provide additional context. Throughout the service, our team maintained communication with the customer and made multiple efforts to obtain real-time feedback before the cleaners departed. The customer was encouraged to inspect the work and identify any areas requiring additional attention while the cleaning team was still on-site. This process is specifically intended to prevent situations where concerns are raised long after the service has been completed. The service was performed on June 8, 2026. This complaint was submitted approximately one week after completion of the cleaning. Our policy provides a 48-hour window for reporting service-related issues and requesting a complimentary touch-up visit. Because the complaint was submitted outside of that timeframe, we are unable to verify whether the current condition of the home is attributable to our service or to activity occurring after the cleaning was completed. Additionally, certain items referenced in the complaint were discussed during the service: • Some blinds could not be cleaned due to accessibility and height limitations. The customer was informed of this during the appointment. • Cabinets and drawers were not cleaned because they were not emptied. Our policy, which was communicated prior to the service, requires cabinets and drawers to be empty before interior cleaning can be performed. The customer also instructed the cleaners not to proceed with cleaning these areas. Because these items were not completed, the customer was not charged for the inaccessible blinds or for cabinet and drawer cleaning. Evidence of communication can be provided. While we disagree with several aspects of the complaint, Go Cleaning Services remains willing to work toward a resolution. We can arrange for a different professional cleaning crew to perform additional cleaning services; however, because the complaint was submitted outside of our service guarantee period, additional charges would apply. We remain committed to providing professional service and resolving concerns fairly and reasonably."
