GoPro Appliance Repair

Crooks. Took my $2334.41 to order and replace two fans for my range hood, couldn't do the repair and kept my money in January. After multiple attempts to get a refund over the past several months, I still haven't received a check. Look elsewhere for repair services.

I called Go Pro Appliance Repair and inquired about their repair service and how much they charged to walk in my door. I was told that for $84 the Go Pro service technician would diagnose the problem and advise me of the estimated cost to repair the dryer. The customer service representative said the $84 would be applied to the charge for any service rendered. The Go Pro Service Technician serviced the dryer without first telling me what service was needed and the cost of the service. He removed the back of the dryer and cleaned out the lint in the dryer. He told me the dryer duct was clogged with lint and needed to be replaced, He did not replace the dryer duct. The Go Pro service technician said he usually carried a 50 ft.roll of dryer duct with him, but had none today. He recommended that I purchase new dryer duct from a store and replace the old dryer duct, which he had removed. The Go Pro technician failed to complete the service and restore my dryer to operating condition. I was expected to finish the job of servicing my dryer. I was charged $225.00 for the incomplete service. The service technician was in my home less than 50 minutes. I called and spoke to a Go Pro customer service representative. I complained that the Go Pro service technician did not complete the repair of my dryer. I told the service representative that I expected that Go Pro would complete the service of my dryer and not expect me to complete the service. I told the service representative that I felt cheated because Go Pro did not complete the service. The service representative said they cold come back and replace my old dryer duct with a new dryer duct for a charge of $139. I declined that proposal because I expected them to complete the repair, Including replacing the old dryer duct. To resolve this complaint, I want Go Pro to install a new dryer duct at no additional charge. Date of Transaction: 5/24/23 Amount billed and paid: $225.00

Cornelius went over and above ! He diagnosed our Samsung dryer issues without difficulty based on symptoms. He also repaired within 30 minutes ! He was friendly and professional. He was truly a welcomed site for an issue I thought I could resolve myself ! I ll definitely call Go Pro and specifically Cornelius for other appliance concerns. Thanks Cornelius ! JD

Very straight forward prompt and clean

They respond very quickly. Came to my house the same day I called. They are very knowledgeable. It didn't take then any time to figure out what the problem was. The had to get a part and came back the next day and fixed it. They are very polite and nice to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I contacted them to service our washer. They gave me a set time from 4-6pm window. I called at 6pm(no call from them) and he stated he would be at our home in 30 minutes. Around 7:30pm I contacted them and left a voicemail stating I was canceling the appointment. I guess they think of us as customers are in need so they can do whatever they want. I rearranged my whole afternoon and missed part of my daughters softball game for this joke of a company. And by the way when I did cancel the guy finally showed as I was leaving. Apparently, his truck is too big for him since he pulled into my driveway, he was half on the drive and left big tire tracks in my yard. No apologies for being late, unprofessional business behavior, or even not calling to let me know he would be late. Newsflash! Most people are ok if you just call and say the job took longer than expected and can we come out tomorrow instead? Of course, no problem what time? Would not recommend at all!!!!

We lost our money. After their service we have had no working appliance, and they would not answer our calls for follow up. The initial repair was done in a timely manner, but when the refrigerator failed to cool down after the repair, we called to have the technician come back. He said he would be out before lunch, but he did not appear and did not answer our calls to inquire when he was coming. He did, however, come back to the house unannounced at 8:30 PM and performed another repair to the unit. The unit never did cool down and beginning the next day we tried repeatedly to get a hold of Go Pro via phone, text and email. So much for the 90 day warranty on repairs. After two weeks of trying to get a response, we have hired another company to perform the repair. Add to that the fact that the technicians assistant apparently cut himself on the job and left his bloody bandages in our dining room. Since they do not answer the phone we have emailed with request for refund (the repair cost was $450.00 plus the diagnostic fee- the parts were under warranty) but so far have had no response.

Two very nice, professional gentlemen arrived within 20 minutes of my call for refrigerator service. Went above and beyond by repairing defective part to hopefully keep freezer from freezing up again. Will definitely contact again if appliances "misbehave" in the future. I considered the service cost appropriate.

They showed up on time, were friendly, and fixed the issue promptly. Thanks guys
