Go Pro Floors, LLC

Very professional.

The sub contractor overbooked him self. The last day he sent untrained and unsupervised workers. One of the workers he sent damaged a wall. The contractor suggested "The damage had been done before, and i was looking to get it paid for or repaired."

I enjoyed working with the company. They were very kind. They brought samples, assisted in getting a company to move furniture and after the floors were laid, they cleaned the new floors. I was very pleased.

They responded quickly and they were professional.

Awesome people to work with. Very professional!! I would recommend them! And hired them again for new counter tops.

Very satisfied

GoPro has tiled the shower surrounds after shower plumbing is finished. After the tile installation, I tried to install shower spout and shower lever, but I could not install it properly because the plumbing were not coming out adequately from the tiled wall. This issue has happened because GoPro has shimmed too much to hang up a piece of cement board. I talked to GoPro about this issue, but I was surprised to hear "our work is jut tiling". No coordination with shower plumbing? I have filed this case to Washington State Labor and Industry. They have found GoPro's sub is not licensed... I have paid $1,600 for this simple small tiling project, but it was not done properly. I have ended up breaking a shelf behind the shower wall so that I can access to the plumbing to adjust it. Furthermore, the contractor left all of the garbage in my house. I NEVER recommend this unprofessional nonchalant contractor!

Good company should you need flooring done. They were prompt and completed project to our satisfaction

The worker did a very good job installing the bathroom floor. I would hire this company again. They are very easy to work with.

Good work, follow through and completion of partial unfinished basement and bathroom. Good communication with me and with the various sub contractors. Walk in shower - so nice !! The job took weeks, but was never stalled.

The owner is highly involved in making sure every project exceeds the customer's satisfaction. They installed vinyl flooring and re-modeled a bathroom and I am very happy with the finished project. By the way, their prices are very competitive.

They did a good job installing a limestone kitchen and bathroom floor, kitchen backsplash, and countertop. I would hire them again with out worrie. no job is ever perfect but they came close. I found them very easy to work with and changes we made along the way were accepted with no problem... We are very happy with our kitchen and we enjoy showing it off. It looks awesome. We are do it your sellers and Go Pro was hired to do what we could not do ourselves. I highly recommend them.

I had a small re-stretch project after installation of some cabinets, and they got me on the calendar in one day. The worker was experienced, quick and courteous. Perfect job all around.

Hard working, good job
