    They installed a good product so I do not understand why I am having these problems. I had problems within 3 months of having it installed. They did not treat me with the respect that I felt I paid for. I felt taken advantage of.

    We needed repair. They said we needed a new opener. We bought it and it blew out and dropped the garage door off the track onto our cars in the garage.

    We are sorry to hear of the issues you have had with your garage door. We have checked our records and it appears that we installed a motor at the beginning of 2019 for you - almost two years ago and at contractor's pricing. 4 months after the motor was installed you requested us to come out and give you an estimate for a broken spring. We sent a technician out to your location and gave you a very prompt and fairly priced estimate, and you declined to proceed with the repair. From that time, approximately 18 months ago, we have heard nothing from you and have provided no repairs aside from the original installation of the motor in early 2019. You have obviously had another company out since our original installation of your motor since your spring was broken and a door won't work with a broken spring. It's possible you should be reaching out to the company that fixed your broken spring. Please let us know what we did to receive such a negative review, as we would have loved the opportunity to find a solution with you. As of today we have tried to reach out to you and have left a message for you to call us back so we can get to the bottom of this. 888-987-0933

    So much to say: Chase was our worker and he knew his stuff and also pointed out we had a broken spring. He offered options, and gave a disclaimer of availability of products due to Covid. He didn t force anything. Questions asked and answered without hesitation or feeling like I was at a car dealership. Also, e-service providers through HomeAdvisor was excellent and the end product is a quiet garage door opener through Maran tech. Never heard of them before the visit. Belt drive and small unit with a keypad and remotes. High Quality product with great product and outstanding service delivery. I might add that he said he would come back (after already being paid) for an additional remote. He actually came back with a second remote. Extremely satisfied!!!! I want to work with them a gain at another residence, particularly if it is Chase as the worker. Side note, the person who answered the phone to get the ball rolling was very good as well. I called on a Wed pm and it was installed by Thurs 11am. Timely, efficient, quality, friendly, and very reasonable for a state of the art garage door opener. Quite frankly, well beyond expectations particularly since I used HomeAdvisor referrals. Always skeptical. You never really know what you re getting regardless of reviews.
