"Good Morning Jovita, Both us and Home advisor have reached out to you multiple times and have had no response from you. The first time we came out was to install your gate operator and it was 100% operational when we left. The second time you called us your gate groove wheel had broke which was not part of our motor installation. Someone else installed your gate but we offered to fix that for you. The third time we came out was over a year and a half later and there was nothing wrong your circuit breaker was tripped and everything was working perfectly once we flipped that breaker for you. We even offered to reprogram your remotes for you and left with you telling us that you were satisfied. Not sure what you are not happy with you have told both us and home advisor that everything is working."
"We are sorry to hear of the issues you have had with your garage door. We have checked our records and it appears that we installed a motor at the beginning of 2019 for you - almost two years ago and at contractor's pricing. 4 months after the motor was installed you requested us to come out and give you an estimate for a broken spring. We sent a technician out to your location and gave you a very prompt and fairly priced estimate, and you declined to proceed with the repair. From that time, approximately 18 months ago, we have heard nothing from you and have provided no repairs aside from the original installation of the motor in early 2019. You have obviously had another company out since our original installation of your motor since your spring was broken and a door won't work with a broken spring. It's possible you should be reaching out to the company that fixed your broken spring. Please let us know what we did to receive such a negative review, as we would have loved the opportunity to find a solution with you. As of today we have tried to reach out to you and have left a message for you to call us back so we can get to the bottom of this. 888-987-0933"
