Very good experience overall. Were able to schedule an appointment on short notice and they showed up when they said they would. When they arrived at our building, the lobby staff would not let them up to our apartment because they wanted an insurance certification. Instead of just leaving, they waited and called their office to see if they could work things out and were able to fax over the certificate very quickly. The job was also done well, no complaints. Only reservation in using them would be that they were pricey.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Plumber was articulate on the phone, understood the work requested (a small job re-routing a hot water copper supply line requiring a solder joint), accurately quoted an hourly rate and estimated total cost. Workers arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently and didn't start the clock until they actually began work. High quality work. Would gladly recommend and use again!
