Joel was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a different technician not show up, so I called Joel and he said he would be here at 5pm. He sent a meeting request on my mail which I could easily add to my calendar. That way there was no miscommunication and I didn t forget either. He was on time and pointed out leakage in the sprinklers that we hadn t noticed. I would work with him again.
