We are A family owned and operated firm. We started our own business in 1998 after years of working for other contractors whose business practices we did not like. We decided to combine our skills and compete against them - winning one customer at a time. Our mission is to give customers the best possible product for their money and not to cut any corners. We are all family members and have over 75 years of combined experience in the construction industry.

THE WORK WAS GOOD QUALITY; BUT, IN MY OPINION THE WORK TOOK A LOT LONGER THAN NECESSARY IT TOOK ABOUT 15 DAYS TO DO A JOB THAT I BELIEVE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN NO MORE THAN 4 DAYS.

"This Project we had to gut the entire bathroom down to the studs,We had a custom made shower pan to the exact size which delayed the job for 4 days.We also had to jack up the floor and add a new floor joist do to the one under the shower was sagging 1 1/2 inches, we added a fan in the bathroom,tile floor and cultured marble surround,Insulation,drywall, smooth ceilings,trim and paint.I told homeowner before we started that it would take about 2 weeks."

They were prompt with a quote and began working very soon after the quote was accepted. They would arrive early in the morning, prepared for the available tasks that could be done for that day, and completed the tasks efficiently. They were clean, organized, and did their best to clean up at the end of the day. I can say, I found it difficult to keep up with them, I would be picking out the new stuff, while they were tearing out the old stuff. Items were being installed as soon as available from the supplier. They have done a great job with everything I asked them to do.

We had two dormers built onto our house and are very pleased with the job these guys did. They are very courteous and took time to protect our landscaping which we really appreciate. They also clean up well after the job is finished.

We are in the middle of the project. Total Rennovations has exceeded our expectations. They come to work everyday, which was not the case of other contractors we have hired in the past. He is courteous, calls with important questions, yet handles things that do not need our input without bothering us. I will use him for future work on our house, and recommend him to others. He is highly qualified and is welcome in our house as a friend as well.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Total Renovations did an excellent job on my family room addition (shell only) . They took the project through to completion without interruption. They offered better design solutions to provide for more headroom in the basement. They were very fair in charges for any requested changes along the way. Changes required from a picky building inspector were handled quickly and professionally. The poured concrete basement floor is a little rough, but overall, these guys like what they do and it shows. They treated the project as though they were working on their own homes. I am usually a ???do-it-yourselfer???, but these guys are hard to beat. Highly recommended.
