My project never got half started, he took my money and I was in court for a whole year, trying to get my money back.

Try to find a reputable contractor who doesn't perform improper workmanship and poor workmanship/communication sjkills. They did not fulfill the contract as they refused to install a drain and to cut the lengthwise control joiunt (even though the contract specifically stated that it was to be included). They hung the phone on me 3 times and when I left several messages indicating that I had some concerns with the contract not being followed, they cut off all communiation. I would not recommend them to anyone ever.

They did an excellent job on redoing the bathroom and the front windows. They also had very good ideas on how to have things repaired without breaking our budget. The only complaint I had was that they usually were late each day and had to stay later in the evening, interfering with the evening time of the tenants. Other than that, they did very good work.

Graded my driveway backwards and 8" too low and admitted they ran out of concrete during the poor. Covered up 6" of my step on exterior landing with fill dirt, broke my waterhose, cut crooked lines in the driveway and walkway, left a 2" gap between driveway and walkway, left cement splatter on my walkway, and didn't place a 1/2" lip between driveway and garage floor. I paid 1/2 the money up front, but Mr. Darden refused to fix these defeciencies until I paid him the final payment. The contract specifically states 'final payment not due until customer is satisfied". Failed to meet required provisions and shady workmanship, BEWARE!

They had excellent advice and they worked very hard in getting the project done. However, their timeliness was not on point. Although they finished the project during the required time, they could not show up on time. They showed up on time only one day out of the whole week. However, they would work until the evening to make up for it.

This project is still in progress-Kitchen remodeling, and Keith Harrup is actually doing the work. He is a gifted craftsman that knows his trade. D& S priced the job reasonably and completing it to the client's satisfaction seems to be a goal. The owner of the company is very conscientious He came out to get an understanding about the work and identified the person in his organization to do the job. I love my kitchen I would have preferred to have it done sooner but the wait has been worth it. P harbour

Job was done in a very professional manner.I think that Mr. Goff needs some improvement in his communitation skills but other than that the roof looks wonderful, clean up was great and I would rate him on a scale of 1 to 10 an 8.Thank you very much Mr. Goff!!

I was getting the house ready for sale and the project expanded from touch-up interior painting to vinyl floor replacement, exterior re-paint, gutter cleaning, power-washing, and drywall repair. In addition, I live in another city and provided the contractor with a key to have 24 hour access to the house. I had no problems with security or otherwise. Before the work was done, my house had been on the market for 2-months. One week after the work was completed the house sold. I think that says it all. Great job!
