Absolutely the worst experience ever. After a problem with first contract they have me sign a second contract. Then show up with wrong product that is not Wheelchair approved as specifically requested. Now the is threatening to take 40% of my down payment. When they are the ones who failed to fulfill the contract. I wanted hardwood floors and needed the subfloor repaired. Their idea of repair was to put plywood on top of rotting subfloor. They showed up with vinyl instead. I spoke with multiple people and waited for my supposed return phone call. Waited over a week and no one called. Called them myself. They want to take 40% my money or expect me to consider renegotiating another product. Hmmm...what would you do?

We were going to have expensive floors installed, but after signing a contract with them we came across bad reviews of their products and service. We canceled before the install and now they want us to pay $8000 for a cancellation fee and I laughed at them. Run away from this company!
