Staff changed the quote after arriving. (They apparently did not hear me mention to clear the rock bed. At some point, it was decided they could not do the roc bed and they would refer the job to another contractor. Follow-up did not happen. No other company came to do the job. No one called to complete and finalize the job. . Very unprofessional.

I first hired Goings Preservation two weeks ago. After speaking with the owner Mr. Goings, we agreed on $80 for the first visit and $40 every two weeks. On the first visit, employees were supposed to come out between 9-11 am. They showed up at 8:30 am and left multiple times throughout the day for a minimum of 40 minutes each time. My yard was not done being cut until after 2 pm when I finally just had to pay and leave because I had somewhere to be and they were taking a lot longer than expected. This was also an inconvenience because I had dogs inside who I could not take out in the yard for a long period of time. I spoke to Mr. Goings who assured me that he would speak with the employee and this would not happen again so I thought I would give them a second try. When it was time for the second visit, employees were supposed to mow the lawn for $40. The employee called me and said it would be $80-120 for him to mow the lawn. I immediately told him I would call Mr. Goings and then call him back. Mr. Goings then ensured me that it would be $40 so I called the employee back to tell him to go ahead and come but he did not answer. About ten minutes later Mr. Goings called me to tell me that the lawn would be no charge for all the trouble. I thanked him and told him to go ahead and send the employee. By 4:30 pm no one had shown up so I texted Mr Goings to let him know. I did not hear from anyone until the employee called me at 7 pm and said I should have called him back myself. I told him that was his boss? job not mine to tell him where to go but that I also did call him immediately back within 15 minutes and he did not answer or return my call. We then agreed that he would come at 1 pm the next day. He did show up the next day to mow the lawn but then told us that the next time I want to hire someone to mow that I need to call him at his personal number and then gave me a flyer for his separate cleaning company. Overall, I found this company to be incredibly unprofessional and they took over 3 hours on both visits to cut a small yard. I would not recommend them and I will be using a different company from here on out.

Very nice professional Business. This company does excellent cleaning. My home is very clean!!!!!!!!! Iam very satisfied and I will be using them again!!!!!!
