Great to work with. Installed a new double-breaker, ran the wiring thru wall and ceiling with minimal cutting, and installed the utility plug in the garage. Even accommodate a last-minute change to the amps required.

Easy and straight forward

My fiancé and I hired Fidel to upgrade the electrical in the house we just bought. Every step of the way he was attentive, responsive, capable, and kept us in the loop. We were concerned we might not have power overnight, but he told us that he wouldnâ t leave until we had power, and he stayed until 8pm making sure that was so. We highly recommend him, and will be going to Gold Star Electric for any other of our electrical needs!

Itâ s difficult to hire someone new and trust them. Fidel was extremely polite and respectful. He fixed everything quickly and even went to the store for parts, helped me with a non electrical problem as well which was above and beyond. I feel confident in my fuse box again and he also rewired my outside electric to my pool. He also got both my front and back lights working after many years of non-use. It was 100 degrees today and rising with extreme humidity, needed my pool to have power. He even gave me advice on other jobs. Couldnâ t ask for anyone better and when it was time to pay him, I felt guilty because you never get quality work these days for a reasonable price. I will definitely refer him to my friends.

Fidel and Gold Star Electric are the best! I called a handful of the highest rated bonded and insured electricians in Berwyn and Fidel was the only one to call back. He gave me a quote within hours! It took a few days for the others to call. I needed to run a 1" IMC Rigid Conduit to the garage for a 50 amp/220 volt car charger. I also had him upgrade the indoor/outdoor outlets to 20 amps/110 volts, install new lights and ground/bond everything to code. He took care of the permit and inspection as well. Fidel is a great person and I highly recommend Gold Star Electric!

Was in a predicament after having to have an inspection 3 yrs after a HVAC job, long story shortâ ¦inspector said I needed electrical work done. Company I had do the work came out and tried to scam me into a tremendous amount of $. I found Fidel on here and he came out right away. Went to the village spoke with the inspectors and found out exactly what I needed to have done. He did the work today , very reasonable and on time. Good to know there are honest people still out there! I highly recommend him! Will have him back for additional work and have been recommending him to people I work with. Thanks again Fidel!

Fidel was an awesome communicator throughout the City Compliance work. He swapped out several outlets to GFCI and replaced several open bulb light fixtures. He also removed an extra piece of hanging Romex. He went above and beyond in both the work he did and keeping me informed. Plus his price was very fair! I highly recommend Fidel and his company! I can not say enough positive about him and his work.
