They service several properties that we manage and their service, is really good especially in times of emergencies.

Art is a sweet talker and gave a promising quote over the phone, but I had to beg him to come on site and see the project to make sure the price was right. He showed up and confirmed the price. Of course, somehow he did not see 13 corroded sprinklers (extra $650). He asked to buy a knox box (extra $370), but it was not needed, because we had it already (an old type), which he said "will not pass". We passed the test without it and Art promised to buy it back from us, but when he got paid, he simply said "i did not ask you to buy it". The most damaging problem was: Art did not know that we needed a fire alarm system installed which is a "new" requirement. I had to hire his friend Luis to install the alarm system because the inspection date was already set up. What was supposed to be initially a $2,k project ballooned to $5,5k. I am surprised we passed it, but it was nerve-wrecking hell. Either Art does not know what he is doing and he professionalism should be questioned or he simply does not care enough to provide good service. Please be aware.

They do a great job.

Glad I was able to work with him. He was fast, efficient and I will definitely use him again!
