Anthony went above and beyond. He called back immediately, was very responsive, and came to do the job within a few days after I made the call. He came back a second time in the same day to help me move a chair back. The quality of the work is superior and this is one of only a handful of local businesses that I have dealt with that does what they are suppose to in the time frame that is initially agreed upon. Very satisifed and pleased.

Anthony was great from the first phone call. We had to delay his work several times due to other contractors and Anthony was very flexible. Once in our unit he did a great job at a reasonable cost. He was very professional and (as a bonus) very personable. I would (and will) hire Anthony and Gold Coast again if needed.

Anthony called the minute we filled out the quote request, was very knowledgable about wood floors and came out the very next morning to give us a quote. He was honest and did not push us into getting anything we didn't want. His years of experience helped us understand what to expect when refinishing our 60 year old oak floors. He started work the following week, at a time that worked for us. He was very thorough and detail oriented, paying attention to matching threshold pieces. Absolutely, seriously professional ARTISANS, committed to providing high quality service down to the last detail. I hired them (Anthony and his partner) to redo my oak floors, after a scam artist had damn near ruined them. Starting from scratch, using their years of experience and the best tools money can buy they sanded (by hand and machine) cleaned, sealed, and REFINISHED 1,500 sq ft of 60 year old red oak floors. And left them looking and feeling ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Along the way they respectfully and completely answered every question I asked, and complied with every request I made of them. For floors you can love call GOLDCOAST!
