I have the best experience with Air Serve from the first minute till the job got completed. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the owner of the company, who was on vacation got back to me in 5 minutes. 2 hours later one of Air Serve technicians was at my apartment to asses the damage of my heat pump unit. 4 days later the unit got fully replaced, 3 technicians did an excellent job, very detailed, tested all the features, explained the new features, and cleaned after. Brian and his staff were wonderful, very easy to work with and understand. From the 1st phone call to the e-mails their responses to my questins and concerns were address immediately. The A/C they installed works beautifully and the installation was done within the time frame promised and done so nealtly it was hard to tell they were there. I will use them for future jobs and highly recommend Gold Coast Refigeration Service.

Called for service and received service the same day. They had to order part which was told would be in Monday and they would call me, which they never did. I had to call them. Was told man wolud be there between 12-2 pm. Never showed up! Had to call again and set up another appoiintment for wed. which was kept ant part installed!

This was one of those amazing and unusual experiences. Everything went great and the unit installed saved me a bundle this winter. Bob was straight with me in every way and the installation was professional and completed on time. I can't say I've ever had a better experience with a contractor EVER! I will definately be using them again when I have to replace my second unit.

Brian and his crew at Gold Coast Refrigeration Service are great! They are very knowledgeable and are honest people when it comes to what you need.The installation process went smooth,and they cleaned up everything after the job, there was no evidence that a major project was even done.I will definitely hire them again when needed. Danny came and spent more than an hour with the furnace. The CO concentration was found to be in normal range per manufacture's guidance, which is what is expected for a 3-yr furnace. The yankee gas guy probably brought in CO with his idle van parked outside. Danny also do the CO check in all the vents and no problem was found. He's very courteous, and careful with my furniture etc. I don't need to any more job with them. Based on my experience so far, I think their service is good valued and they don't rip off people. Very happy.

Quick response, very professional, and knew what they were doing. The only reason for the Fair rating instead of a Very Good rating was that they are very, very expensive. Basically a $200 part that took 10 minutes to remove and install cost me $725.

I had a very prompt exerienced repair person, who explained the problems with my furnace to me in words that I could understand. They fixed my furnace that same day at a fraction of the price that I had been quoted from another company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and I have no intention of ever going anywhere else.
