When we realized that our inground pool was leaking, we panicked. How could any company find a leak in the pipes without digging up a large area of pavers and digging underground? Gold Coast Swimming Pools saved the day! One man blew air into the filter while another used a device to listen for noise through the pavers. By listening for a change in sound, they were able to determine exactly where the leak was and do minimal damage to repair it. They carefully removed four pavers, broke through the cement below, and replaced the leaking pipe. Then the hole was covered, the pavers were neatly replaced and the area is good as new. They took the time and did the effort that was needed to do an outstanding job. We could not be happier with the work.

Called to install a replacement pump. Quoted $175 (not per hour). Called several times over 6 weeks for the bill. The bill finally was emailed for $337. The owner claimed she told me the rate was $175 per hour plus parts. I was willing to agree to extra for parts even though not told about an additional fee; however, $262 for 1.5 hrs is not acceptable based on what I was told. The owner insisted she told me the install fee was hourly. Six weeks after install I cannot be certain how long the job took - there was no need to keep track of time, since, I was quoted an installation price.
