Greg called me on a Sunday to set up a Monday morning appointment to replace my thermostat. Technician was on time and completed the work quickly. Thank you!

We had a problem with the valve for the heater. Repair person from Gold Coast suggested less expensive fix that worked for one day and we had to have him come out again same day. After replacing the valve, the heater has worked.

Gold Coast was very accommodating to my work schedule. They first tried to fix my 30 year old heater and when that didn't work, they discounted the price of getting a new heater by the amount I had already paid the attempted repair of the 30 year old heater. They were easy to get a hold of and kept me informed. Very professional.

We're in the middle of a heat wave and of course this is time when our 18 year old AC Condenser decided to poop out. The company that normally maintains our HVAC diagnosed the problem and gave us a breathtakingly high quote to "replace the entire system." I call at least 8 different companies. Most of them, if they took the call or returned it, wanted me to pay for them to send a tech out to make their own diagnosis before being willing to given a ballpark estimate. Clearly most (but, let me be quick to point out, not all) seemed to have all the business they needed or wanted given the circumstances. What a refreshing contrast it was talking to Greg at Gold Coast. It's his company. He quickly presented options and estimated costs...all reasonable. We're only planning to stay in this home another two years so he suggested a used condenser he had with over two years of factory warranty remaining. He installed it the next afternoon. It works better than the unit it replaced and there's no reason to doubt the next owner will have 10 years or so without having to mess with it. Gold Coast has my wholehearted, enthusiastic recommendation. These are good people! You can trust them.

Impressed with quick initial response and prompt in home service. Tech. was very professional and went out of his way to complete the job by going to Home Depot to provide correct filter.

I was amazed at how quickly this company responded and got to my house. My AC unit is old and needed a new part but it's running well now.

We needed an an annual service of our furnace and A/C system. The tech. turned up exactly on time and quickly got the job done including purchasing and installing new filters. Let us know at all times what he was doing and why. Furnace now running much more quietly. A/C yet to be tested but anticipate no problems. Very nice tech (Tom). Felt we were charged a reasonable price for the job done. Gold Coast are now our heating and A/C contractors.

Furnace wouldn't start. Tried to diagnose it myself but got stuck. Tech for Gold Coast narrowed it down to faulty old thermostat and replaced it. Showed after my call in1-1/2 hrs. Good value.

Great work and done quickly. A little pricey for 1/2 hour of work.

Greg returned my call at 8am Sunday and was here by 9am. Explained exact problems and repair options. Did not charge for service call and told me to take my time deciding or get other estimates. We hired him to do the job. He and his crew arrived exactly when he said he would. Very professional,neat,showed us everything he did as they worked. Will use Gold Coast again if needed and recommend them.

They arrived two hours after my call at the peak of a heat wave. ( I did not think I would get service for at least a week ) They found the problem and repaired it quickly and for a good price. I would use them again.

We repaired the furnace for next winter but it is too hot to run yet
