Bill and his team were very professional and kind. Julie who answered our call at GoldCrown was very nice and pleasant to speak with and led me through the steps needed to get the job done. Bill and I scheduled an appointment for the following week and he and his crew started the job. I needed an entire bathroom remodel, and the quality of the job completed was beautiful! They did excellent Tile work and Plumbing. I am never using another company when it comes to Tile work and Plumbing in my home. Anything in this bathroom you could imagine, needed to be replaced. Its an entirely new bathroom! I have recommended GoldCrown to all of my neighbors. The pricing was very reasonable and fair, compared to estimates I received from other companies regarding the same project. The job was done within a week or so, they also left the jobsite clean everyday. They are definitely focused on making you happy and getting the job done. I needed a kitchen sink faucet installed. They were $79.00 to show up. Then they quoted us $700.00 for labor. We threw them out. We hired another company to do the work.

"Hello, we would like to respond to unfair review that is not justified and un-warranted. We arrived at your home expecting to replace just a faucet and supply lines. I met your wife Donna who pointed out several other projects including purchasing a ceiling exhaust fan that has never worked and replacing and replumbing a bath tub spout which also was not available that we had to purchase along with the exhaust fan and electrical installation of the fan. According to Donna you had an un-realistic price to do this work for 200 to 300 dollars and she needed to speak with you about our cost to do all of these projects. For one I have never met you and for you to say you threw us out of the house is totally un-true!!! Your wife Donna was as pleasant as can be and I looked forward to providing you with exceptional service plus a two year warranty on all work done and materials provided. As far as I know we were the 2nd or 3rd company to visit your home to provide your home with service according to Donna. We are a small family run business and take pride in the work that we do. I also offered to waive the trip charge of $79 the Saturday morning if we could do the work since we were there. I don't think you have an issue with us, it appears that there is a lack of communication of what you called us to your home for and what was asked of us that day. The price for the work requested was more than fair and we stand behind the price and our craftsmanship. We are a five star rated company and would like to keep our excellent reputation in our community and in the Hudson Valley. We would hope that you would be kind enough to remove this negative review. Bill and Tom made my year! My kitchen sink completely stopped working so dishes were piling up and they came to my rescue on a Saturday!!! Honest and upfront with the fees, Bill took me through the steps before he did any work so I knew exactly what I had to pay. Definitely making an appointment in the near future for my bathroom sink and once I get the rest of my kitchen done, have them put in a new floor. These are the guys to call!

The broken pipe was in a crawl-space; fortunately, Bill keeps in shape and was able to fit and work in the space with minimal problems...LOL! He called within minutes, we scheduled the visit, He was on time for the visit, explained in detail what he was doing and he gave an estimate in dollars and time required to finish the repair. After completing the form on Home Advisor.com, 5 minutes later my phone rang and I spoke to Bill Ewing. He came to my condo an hour later, checked out all the work necessary, gave me a quote and said he would be back the next morning to start the work....He just completed all the work required for 3 bathrooms, kitchen faucet and HE DID AN AWESOME, AWESOME JOB....I would highly recommend him and most definitely use him again...Thank you so much Bill for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
