Dave Kuhn contacted me immediately and asked me a couple of questions to understand my issue and concern. One of his technicians contacted my father to schedule an appointment and was on time as scheduled. The reason for my call was more of a maintenance related one, and Dave recommended their Total Care Club package to offer a maintenance check twice per year with added incentives and discounts if there ever is a larger problem. I would definitely recommend Gold Eagle Services.
