My mother had a problem with her irrigation line, she called Gold medal plumbing from reference. They had a whole repipe done In two days! they were courteous, clean & helpful with every question we had. Definitely be calling them for our next plumbing issues☆

Wow!! Gold medal plumbing is wonderful!! We installed a leak detection system and Jonathan from their office came out. He is so experienced, efficient and helpful. I am a huge fan of this company and Jonathan. We are so happy not to worry about water leaks and I’m giving a huge thumbs up to a very customer oriented company!

Can't say enough good things about your job of replacing my hot water heater. The team of Todd, Jake and Mo were thoroughly professional, courteous and efficient. They showed great attention to detail and made some improvements to the setup. And the price was more than fair. Will definitely use the company again if needed.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
First off, I was not asked to write a review for this company - I am doing it solely because of how pleased I was with them. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced and received quotes 2x-3x higher than what Gold Medal quoted me. The person who answered the phone was super helpful (she looked online with me to pick a good replacement water heater) and the guys came out the next business day to install it. Everything was great - they did an extra thing or two at no cost and they honored their original quote. So overall, I was super pleased with their service and finally feel that I found an honest plumber. Thanks so much for your help and service. Hot showers - here I come! :)

Very well. Ron, the technician arrived promptly. He did say that he may not be able to solve the problem on his home because the drain pipe was bigger than what he was equipped for, but he ended up managing with the smaller machine that he had. Next time, I would recommend verifying the pipe size with the client beforehand, but no harm done and problem solved! The company was very professional and efficient.

I was told they’d tell me I wouldn’t be charged until they quoted me. A total lie. They made the toilet even worse then it was before causing all sorts of issues. This company should be banned from Angie’s List.

I spoke with the technicians that were out at your residence and they stated that you had the Fill Valve for your toilet installed by another company and all Gold Medal Plumbing did was make an adjustment to part that was installed by another company. We only charged you our Minimum Service call to fix the problem. If the problem continued after we were there, I would have appreciated if you would have called the office so we can make it right and you would have not been charged another service call. I hope the future you can have faith in Gold Medal Plumbing to take care of any issues that you may have."

It went smoothly. Ian also helped me with an issue I had with the hot water taking a really long time to reach the kitchen. I was wasting a lot of water waiting for it to heat up. He installed a pump that circulated the water to the kitchen and now it gets hot in a couple of seconds instead of minutes. My pressure valve was not working so he also replaced that.
