My name is Marty Goldsmith CPI, I hold a Kentucky Home Inspector # 260996 and I am a Certified Professional Inspector # 2106031, the later is Master Degree in Home Inspections. FHA Certified A-1239, only a handful of Inspectors have the FHA certification. More than 1,800 inspections. I am considered tuff on homes, looking for both big tickets repairs and small details. I learned this business not by working in the construction trades, but with my own money has a real estate investor and working has an out of store sales person for a national "big box" store. I provide purchase, and pre-sale inspections.
