Excellent service they completed job on time and did a great job.

House was painted ~7 years ago; while the base paint held up well, the trim and accent colors were heavily weathered. We had Gold Leaf do a complete color change on all elements (base, trim, accent) as the HOA palette colors had changed. We had ~40 feet of window trim that had to be replaced prior to painting as it was rotted. Our deck was heavily weathered as well. The Gold Leaf crew had to work around weather during the middle of the effort. Some touch-up (nailing in loose trim, clean-up on window casing, and application of a a second coat of deck stain due to irregular absorption) was was required -- but accomplished the next business day. It took ~10 minutes for me to go around the house to clean up various plastic wrappings, paper wrappings, tape balls, large wood splinters from trim replacement/scraping, etc. The final result was terrific. New paint covered all of the old paint, lines/edges between colors sharp and distinctive. The deck looks a whole lot better than before. Price point was the most competitive out of four bids received. The crew was professional and courteous. I recommend Gold Leaf to anyone looking for a exterior painting contractor who provides exceptional value.

My house had not been painted in a long time. It required lots of prep work and some boards needed replacement. Also, the trim had been blue and was difficult to cover. Due to bad weather the crew had to be very flexible but persistent. Very polite and respectful and careful with my back gate not to let out my dogs. The house looks great and the bid was excellent.
