LARRY WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. I LOVE THAT HE TOOK HIS SHOES OFF WITHOUT ME NOT HAVING TO ASK (I DON'T WEAR SHOES ON MY NEW CARPET). HE DID A GOOD JOB.

Gold Maintenance was able to fix the fence very quickly at a very reasonable price. My experiences with them were excellent.

Doesn't honor word in his contract he guarantee the work for and year and we paid but he never followed up with that. He seems nice but doesn't honor his word.

Work performed by Larry Kimble and assistant Chris. They did a fine job, even though the job was more complex than originally thought. Good men, both.

Gold Maintenance replaced a deck on the back of my house. I signed a contract with a completion date two weeks out "with extension if necessary." Total time to complete deck was almost one month, and my kids were unable to use the backyard for almost a week because the deck was removed and they had no way to step down into the yard. Construction was good, cost was reasonable. Part of the contract involved clean-up of debris, but I ended up finishing up the cleanup and repairing the section of fence that was removed to complete the construction.

Reasonable price work quickly and very friendly over all very happy

Ed did a great job on spraying my eight dining room chairs. He also finsihed them close to the time promised, and kept me updated. I also thought his pricing was good. HOWEVER. I also gave him a walking stick to mend. He said he did the repair, but forgot to deliver with the chairs. It has now been several months, and no return of the walking stick. Several e mails, and several promises, but NO RETURN to date. I even offered to pick up. No luck. I am afraid I have lost this family piece, and I have no recourse. I paid him in full for the chairs. OTHERWISE, I would have recommended him.

They did an awesome job and it looks great. They were excellent and Larry took care of all my concerns.

He showed up late and completely unprepared. He didn't have a ladder so he used my new chairs� He put in some lighting for me and they are hanging out of ceiling slightly. They were going to spackle my walls and use caulking fluid. I had just bought a new dimmer for the lighting and he said it was broken and he said he would be back at my house at 9:00 sharp� 9:15 came and I left. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
