Gold Medal Services, LLC, warrants and guarantees to the original purchaser, that should Customer accept and purchase Gold MedalÂ’s recommended repair, such repair shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for as long as the Customer owns the residence in which the recommended repair was provided or until the Unit in which the Covered Repair was performed, if applicable, is replaced.

The electricians did the work that was appropriate, and appear to have done it well. However, when asked about other tasks which turned out to be outside their normal expertise their response was dismissive. The cost of the project was quite high, much more than anticipated.

I needed a light fixture above my garage, fluorescent light in my boiler room and electrical outlet installed. Luis called and let me know he and his assistant Gio were on there way. Luis provided the estimate ,seemed pricey but I wanted to get the work done since I contacted a few electricians in my area and was basically told it wasnâ t worth there time. Luis and Gio were great guys friendly and professional.

While quality of work was very good, charging $300 to replace a ballast is obscene, especially when they first gave me a $600 quote. Yes they had to go to a local hardware store because they did not have the ballast I needed on the truck. However, given the simplicity of job, I was being taken advantage of. Unfortunately I was having a houseful of guests the next day, so I felt I had no choice but to hire them as 2 other electricians could not come out for several days.
