We had nothing but trouble from the get go with this company. It was a very small bathroom remodel that should have taken at most 2 weeks. From the time the project was contracted to start, to the time it was finished was nearly 6 weeks. We were doing this project for my 91 yr old father. We told them this at the beginning. We told them that this was the only bathroom he had access to and it needed to be done asap. We were assured that it would be no problem. Apparently it was. Comunication with us was terrible. Unable to contact higher management with this company. Several calls made, none returned. Would not recommend to anyone.

Kitchen turned out great but the road to get there was very bumpy. The GM designer we met to make our selections was transitioning to another position and handed over our project to another employee. We fell through the cracks. The only drawing of the kitchen we saw was incorrect and never corrected. Our project manager quit Gold Medallion a week before our kitchen was completed. More delay/poor communication. The salesperson saw our project through to completion. Entire project: 6 weeks from demo to final inspection. Thankfully the subs GM used were TOP-NOTCH. Love the kitchen but GM has communication and personnel issues to work on.

They have been excellent. Their bid was comparable or lower than the other bids (about 7 bids altogether) and they have a construction coordinator to work with you throughout your project, a design center to pick out your items and they are very helpful, compentent and we are very comfortable with all of the workers and subcontractors they have sent. The project is not yet finished, but it is coming along beautifully and we expect it to be finished within a couple of weeks and we would highly recommend them to our best friends or anyone else interested in remodeling or home building.
