Matt did not show but sent his sons to clean the yard of leaves and trim some bushes. They did a very nice job. One bush was not trimmed that Matt and I had discussed, but since he could not make it out himself, I am sure his sons just did not see it (it was on the side of the house). They trimmed all on the front and removed the leaves from the yard. They even hauled all leaves away.

I needed three attic stairs replaced quickly so I could get my gas burner started (it's in the attic)....Matt and his son were there the next day brought the wood and fixed them quickly and efficiently. Matt and his two sons recently put together a small island on wheels and did a great job. This team is the go to team if you want the job done right at the right price. I highly recommend them.

Hired this company to come twice a month to maintain tropical landscaping, and gave them keys to the property They failed to come twice a month as contracted , the work done was not adequate to maintain the landscaping and upon termination they would not return my keys. I reversed a credit card payment and then reinstated the payment as they promised to return my keys but never did and then claim they were thrown away. But after 3 months, they did returned my keys.

Matthew and his son did a great job power washing our house. I was so pleased with his work that I have hired him to do some repainting of the outside of the house.

Poor customer service,once hired phone calls ignored,no response to messages left.Service agreement not met,"I don't have my equipment with me,next time," the response when asked.Finally no show X 2 days,but showed up immediately to collect money,once apprised they could call checking availability to do so.

Jacob did a great job cutting the "jungle" and maintaining the landscape. Hard workers.

10X30 paver patio is not level, the last 8-10 feet slope down 3 inches, and the cement edging they put down was very skimpy and cracked. After several unanswered phone calls and excuses, they claimed it settled from the rain and refused to repair unless I paid more money. A solid gravel/sand base and sturdy edging would not settle at all. Had the best price compared to others, but I definitely got what I paid for.

Great service and quality

Gold Palm was contracted for several installation projects: pavers by the back door, a river rock border lined with heavy mesh cloth, and decorative concrete edging. We patiently waited eight weeks before work began, sympathizing with the health and family issues the company seemed to be experiencing. We tried to be understanding and supportive. However, the bigger issue is that the work was not executed properly nor according to the agreement and, despite their repeated promises to remediate the problems, no one has appeared to address them. 1. The paved area at the back door was installed too high for the new door to open or close without force, and then not open fully. The rubber sweep on the bottom of the door has ripped off as a result. 2. A corner of the paved area collapsed due to the shoddily installed concrete support. 3. The weed-deterring mesh that was to have been laid under the river rock was not completed. During the months of initial waiting and throughout the actual project, the owner befriended us and we developed faith in his word and his work. We met his sons, corresponded with his wife, and cared about their welfare. We fully trusted his integrity and, as a result, did not demand signed, dated receipts. We were not present during the final phase, so we were unaware of the cut corners until the crew was long gone. When we contacted them about the problems, we were assured that everything would be addressed. We continued to correspond with emails, and trusted that Gold Palm would repair their errors. Our trust proved misplaced, and our lack of attention to particulars of good business practice was unfortunate. A good deal of our payment was in cash, which Gold Palm later claimed as not having been paid. Their guarantee of satisfaction is empty. The job was completed in March, and their continued assurances of reparation have now faded to disillusioned reality. We are saddened and discouraged to realize that honest, intelligent people, even at our advanced age, can be so naive.

I had edging installed around two palm trees and a flower bed in the front. I had what was supposed to be a cloverleaf shape one in the back. They left concrete pieces everywhere. They shrouded arrange to come back and. Clean up all the pieces of concrete. Its taken me days to clean around the beds. If I had known what amess it makes I would have never had. It done.

Matt and his son did an Amazing job on my firepit project. I could not have asked for more. Just give him the vision and let him go to work. He will not dissapoint

My lawn was in bad shape a landscaping company gave me a steep quote. They gave me a price $300 dollars less and did an awesome job. The customer service was outstanding. I got three quotes and I chose them the friendly nature influenced my decision.

I highly recommend Gold Palm Lawn and Landscape company. This is a family owned business, and the Owner (Matt) not only comes out and does the estimating and provides the bid, he also supervisors all work full time. We started out with a small contract for Pavers in the back by the pool ($780), and liked the work so much, that we contracted for the front, and also a full yard landscaping. Final contract value with two changes was $2,500. My daughter enjoyed Matt and his sons who did all of the work. They even showed my grandson how to install the pavers. Matt is very professional, and he even through in, at no charge, some decorative rock as he wanted everything to look just right. The quality of the works is outstanding. After everything was done, he even through in one month of yard maintenance at no cost; something he did not have to do. The family is very professional; very honest and ethical; and ensures you are 100% satiated with the end result.

This company literally sets the "Gold" standard for lawn care and customer service. They are professional, experienced, give good solid advise and they really care about their customers. PLUS - they are just super nice people! I look forward to working with them on future projects at my home and feel fortunate that I know them.
