I would not recommend Gold Seal to any one. we had sewage coming out of our floor drain in our shop bathrooms and called to have the clog/issue dealt with. The tech came out and I told them the issues we were having, then they diagnosed and said they knew exactly what it was and that they would be able to if not fix it at least make it better. they told us they had to use a piece of equipment to water jet our pipe and get it cleared. the tech never set foot into the bathroom assuring us that the water jet would solve our problem. it cost us $1500.00 and 5 days later we had the exact same problem. we are on day # 2 waiting for a tech to come and fix what was supposedly fixed when they first came out. highly not recommended to anyone.

I need them to return. I received a new defective thermostat that was a closed loop and over heated the hot water up to 175 degrees F. before shutting off the hot water. New manufactured bad parts are more common today due to less quality assurance practices. I need a replacement thermostat installed again.
