It was great and the technician (Mr. Sahar) was very professional.

Sahara was on time, friendly, professional, courteous and gave us a fair price. We were extremely pleased with the work and would recommend this company to anyone!

Was late for the appointment but fixed everything.

They had to come to fix it twice - value was higher then average - not open 24/7, they do not work on saturdays - Offered 5% off for good review.

They were late, rescheduled, and then were late. On top of that, the worker was very combative, denying that lateness (he trust his phone toward me, showing an appointment time on it). He did not know my prior conversations, & ignored it when I told him. After he diagnosed the problem, he could not help that day, so had to come the next day. Coming late did not help this turnaround. In addition, the coil was split in one place. He told me that I had to replace all parts of the coil. That may have been true, but I could not check it out w/other tradespeople, because he required that I give him a $125 deposit before he left the first time. I think it solved the issue, but I would not recommend that company.

He was very knowledgeable and got by door that was completely jammed to work perfectly.

Leaving my review right after the project was finished. I haven't had the chance to shop around but I think $250 for garage door sensor repair wasn't bad at all. They are probably the most professional garage door guys in Los Angeles. They were very quick to find out what the problem was and were super professional on the job they performed. Great work!

Pedro was the installer/technician and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and had the new system installed in no time.

Excellent emergency repair work for garage door. Needed to pay 34% emergency service fee which seemed a bit high, but overall I was happy with the end price. He also did an inspection of the other elements of the garage door and provided some no-pressure options for me based on some faulty items he found. Seemed to have integrity and definitely knew what he was doing -- came with all the right tools and parts.

These guys were fast, on time, and made recommendations for preventative maintenance. They were easy to negotiate with on pricing. Service guy had extra parts on hand for some of the suggested maintenance that I had not originally mentioned. Overall A+ outfit.

My experience with Gold Star Garage Door was nothing less but exceptional! My garage door was damaged, Gold Star called me immediately (on a Saturday night) and with no hesitation was offered an appointment that night or Sunday am. The rep arrived on time, explained the entire procedure, the cost and then started the repair. He was courteous, knowledgeable, sincere and very nice. The job was completed to my satisfaction, in about 40 minutes. In today's world, it's hard to find many companies with integrity, like Gold Star. If you need your garage door repaired, don't hesitate to allow Gold Star to do the job. They're honest, efficient, committed to your needs and they get the job done.

Tech was really knowledgeable and very nice, efficient and gave good advice. Was on time and both the office and the tech were great to work with. Speedy replacement of old opener that was 24 years old with a super quiet new one.
