Paul was quick and efficient. After we identified the repair he gave me an honest and informed quote that was 1/3 the cost of all the other quotes. I would recommend Gold Star to anyone who doesn't feel like getting ripped off.

They sent a technician to our home to explain our options. We felt very comfortable , because of his knowledge & experience. We purchased a system that day & it was installed the next week. Our technician, Junior Reyes was there to supervise the installation & everything went exactly as he described. We were extremely pleased with the results & the company's service.

I really appreciated the knowledge and the non pushiness to try and sell you things you may not need at the time; however, they were very helpful in preparing you for future issues to be aware of. I also liked the fact they made one follow up call to see if we wanted the additional work done and left a message without calling and driving you crazy everyday to make a decision.
