Although no work needed to be done in the end, he checked out my washing machine thoroughly, and explained what most likely caused it to leak initially. He was friendly, educated, and told me in the future I could always call and talk through an issue to ensure something needed to be fixed or troubleshoot that way.

My home warranty provided me a new wall oven to replace the old 1970 oven that stopped working. I reached out to Mike and he came out the very next day and did a fantastic job. My dogs really liked him and they are a good judge of character. I will definitely reach out to him again if I need his help in the future!
