Eduardo, Andres, and the rest of their team did a fine job of stucco demo and replacement. They showed up when they said they would. They were careful. For example, they made a box to protect our foundation planting. They cleaned up well. They did everything from beginning to end, including painting. The work had to be done to existing measurements to facilitate the continued operation of electric powered "solar" blinds that operate with a wall-attached guide. They removed the guide, removed the old stucco, put in the new stucco, and then re-installed the guide. All worked as it should. Eduardo and Andres were a pleasure to work with, and I would hire Golden 1 Lath and Plaster again.

I highly recommend Golden 1 Lath & Plaster for any stucco repair. They arrived on time, were extremely polite and answered all my questions, and then proceeded to prepare the area to be fixed. Andres was like an artist working on the repair. When finished we could not tell where the damage was. Excellent repair, excellent cleanup and done at a very reasonable cost. I would use them again if I have the need.
