The service tech called me when he was on his way and was on time for our appointment. He had the parts to repair my dryer with him. After replacing the component he Checked that all the setting were working correctly before he left and explained what he was checking and how he determined what part was bad.

Hjalmar was knowledgeable and took time to discuss the problems we were having. He was unable to duplicate the failure to drain, but said he would do further research and get back to us.
