Joe Romain is a great communicator, easily reached for questions, polite and professional. I wasn't present during the inspection, but my sister was. She said he was thorough, and he sent me many pictures and video along with the report which was very helpful. He was very informative and saw things we would have not known or noticed. I feel like he did a great job and would use Goldenbear again!! Less

He didn't let us know that one room didn't have electrical power, that one part of the house didn't have insulation. Many things he didn't see and now we are loosing money. i would never recommend them to anyone.

"I am sorry to hear your frustration. Looking at your report I made note of many ungrounded outlets throughout the home so it was noted that the electrical was not up to par. I also can?t verify wall insulation as I can?t cut a hole in the wall to verify. Inspections are non intrusive."
