They showed when they said they would; they were punctual. They cleaned the home in a manner that exceeded what I expected. Their pricing, while not the cheapest bid, was a very fair value. Bottom line, I would use them again, and in all probability will.

It seemed that the cleaning was about how fast it could be done vs. how thoroughly it could be done. Furniture was left undusted, rugs unvacuumed and a spot left on the carpet because a wet mop was put on it to rest. Although initial inspection looked good later it was clear that all the cleaning was peripheral with not even obvious dusting being done. Because my regular cleaning person was gone I thought I would try this- not worth it for many reasons!

I was more than satisfied with the work, Irma was very professional and on time. This house had not been lived in for a while and needed some extra special cleaning and she more than met my expectations. I would use them again and will reccomend them highly.
