Absolutley the "best of the best". Provides outstanding service, very personable, and she does everything w/perfection. Luana is like "one of the family" (our dog really like her as well). Always on time. she brings everything for the job, I have to do nothing and I am very comfortable leaving our home when she is here. Wonderful person and service.
