The foundation work was done well and quick (about 4 hours), and I paid a premium price of $3,785.00. I signed their contract, which I cannot find my copy, but was told that any problem within 2 months would be cared for. Approximately 3 weeks later, the water pipe in the kitchen burst and has ruined the floor. Plumber said it was more than likely due to the leveling. Yesterday, Platinum came out to look and deny any responsibility. I am very disappointed because they do not stand by their word. I will never use this company again. Norma was great to work with as well as her crew. They where clean and attentive to my questions and concerns. They fixes the foundation on a farm house I purchased that was built in the 1930's. Norma went way beyond the agreed repair and fixed more than what was in the quote. She wanted to fix it right the first time. I will be recommending and using again for future projects.

The entire experience was good from the customer service to the actual job done. Work was completed on time and as discussed with price promised. Crews cleaned up the area when the job was done after a very long hot day and thought that was really good. Highly recommend to give Norma and Ramondo a call if you need foundation work done.

Was completely honest as it turned out I didn’t need any foundation work done. Armando came out from platinum foundation and did inspection of our home and we found out that we had all cosmetic issues at this time. He was honest and we appreciate it very much. The issues I was able to repair myself. I’m sure other companies would of tried to sell me something. Because of his integrity he will be the first one I do call if I have any further issues.

They did a good job on the foundation and originally I gave them the maximum good review, however it’s been almost 2 months now and I’m still finding garbage and harmful materials in my backyard such as band saw blades and nails. I have dogs and to find this stuff is both concerning and disappointing. They did a good job on the project itself but the cleanup was not at all what I would have wanted or expected for the amount paid for the service. They are super nice but I couldn’t ignore the trash and possible harm that could have come to my fur babies if i hadn’t found the rusty blades and nails that were left.

Fantastic people and fantastic job. We highly recommend their work. We had a challenging foundation problem. They took on the job for a very competitive price. They are thoughful and thorough. At every turn, they met every challenge by analyzing the situation and identifying the best alternative. They aggressively focused on identifying the root cause of the problem and fixing what needs to be fixed and controlling the cost of the project. They communicated very well throughout the process explaining the challenges and their solutions. The estimate was provided quickly. They started work when promised and worked hard for long hours. Work on the foundation and our French Drain was high quality and carefully completed with attention to detail and minimizing disruption. All details of the work were well done. They even fixed other little items as they were working, for example; a missing outlet cover here, a bead of caulking there. The project was finished on time and on budget. Some parts were not available due to mail delays so they returned and installed them on a Saturday to complete the job. We are planning to use them again in the near future.

When it finally quit raining, our project was begun in an efficient manner. Very professional and the site was spotless when they left. Very pleased

This company gave the best bid and honored bid. They arrived as they said they would and did great job. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. They were polite and courteous. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Hired them to repair the 1" crack in the walls, they said the slab settled 2" and they would jack up the slab which would eliminate the crack. They jacked it up and the cracks got worse. Their response to that was "we repair foundations, not walls" and they caused $30,000 in damages.
