Larry golden of Golden construction LLC was paid more than half upfront to stabilize my deck, build new stairs, and replace 2 windows. He came by the first day showed up three hours late which was not that bad after he told me the situation. On the first day, they tore down my old steps and put in my sliding glass back door and one of my bedroom windows. The next day his crew showed up on time and started finishing up the stairs Larry was not present on this day at all. It was a nice day outside so while they were working my son and I were out front of my neighbors house enjoying the weather. After about an hour of being outside, I realized I did not hear any power tools running, so I walked back to my house to check the progress. 2 of the 3 guys were there and said the other guy went back to the shop to get more wood. Not a problem except he took 3 hours to get back. When he did get back they worked for an hour and left. 2 days later they showed back up claiming they only had to put trim around the windows and they were done. When I pointed out all the issues of the work they did and what they did not do, he said that he would come back and fix it all. I have not heard from him in 12 days.

Larry remodeled my bathroom and kitchen. I could not be more pleased with his professionalism and skills. He is precise and turned my bathroom and kitchen into my showplace. I will call him in the future for my next home improvement job needed. Oh, when he says he will be there.....he shows up. Huge plus.

Larry (Larry Golden) was very involved and went above and beyond. He truly cares about giving you what you want. His whole crew is great. Even though we kept adding to the project, Larry stayed true and completed it perfectly. We couldn't be happier.

Larry and John are amazing contractors!!! What a find. They remodeled our entire kitchen, added a window, a support beam, attic installation, and installed hardwood floors in our entire house. They go above and beyond to get the job done. Their attention to detail surprised me, with so many things to keep track of. Our kitchen was difficult considering all of our walls were crooked. They made our house look amazing and very functional. Communication was spot on, and they do what they say they are going to do. They aim to please. I can't wait for them to come back and do our bathrooms.

My husband and I have managed 7 massive remodels in WA, CA and HI and, out of all of those, there are only a handful of professionals that I would highly recommend - Larry is in the top 5. From the first contact, Larry was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He always returned my calls promptly, showed up when he promised and kept to his timeline and budget (who does that nowadays?!) He and his crew did an amazing job for a fair price with a great attitude...he really is golden.

Larry and his crew lived up to their opening description of the firm. They were efficient courteous and hard working. During a time when most contractors were not even returning phone calls about bids. My original, inquiry was answered promptly and courteously. Despite being involved several other projects Larry was able to give me a timeline and quote that worked for both of us. He fit my small job into his schedule and followed through exactly as promised. He listened to my concerns and desires for the job in a professional manner and was able to solve them all. The project was accomplished quickly and well. The crew was hardworking and efficient, The cleanup after completion was quick and thorough. I am very impressed and will use them on every job that they feel comfortable doing. I have already gotten them to give me an estimate on my kitchen work and look forward to other projects..

Larry and Jonathan were very professional and easy to work with; I've gotten many compliments on my fence!
