Very informative and knowledgeable - used a drone to assess roof which was pretty innovative. Tends to be verbose and get into a lot of specifics which may not make sense to most folks (and aren’t 100% necessary). Would recommend overall.

I got quotes from 2 roof inspectors and Golden Eagle was higher than the other roof inspector but Ron (the owner) was very informative from the first phone call onward. He took time to explain what he would be doing and backed it up with a written report. He was thorough and took the time to explain what he saw after the inspection was completed even though a report was forthcoming. He was very professional and I will recommend him to friends.

I liked Ron and I thought his inspection was very thorough. Fast forward a year... now that we have been in the house, we have found that he missed serious water damage that is going to cost us thousands in repair. No one is perfect, but I was told someone with a moisture meter would have caught this easily. I suppose you live and you learn.
