Specify all areas that you want done. I guess there are certain spots they don't put gutters, so it never crossed my mind, but some of the gutters missed some of our downpour spots. We need to come up with a makeshift detour for the water to drain into the gutter. Edvin doesn't ask about any of the extras you may want (covers, splits for a rain barrel, extenders so the water doesn't pool near your foundation, etc) and since those things don't come to mind until later, it's an extra charge for him to do those things. Otherwise, Edvin is on it. He called back the same day, came out to give us an estimate and had the work done very quickly (considering our schedules are crazy). The work was done quickly and looks great. We got the redwood color and it looks fabulous.

I called them with an emergency roof patch job. Shingles had blown off my roof and a storm was brewing. It was late afternoon and they came out the same day and worked until the last light to make sure everything was repaired. It began raining that night and they called early next morning to make sure there were no leaks.
