Ceiling was never repainted, electrical sockets were all uneven, Plummer?s left a high mess under the house, and it took longer then proposed, the time frame was one of the reasons I went with this company and agreed to pay a little more. I can provide pictures if you would like.

Important to be clear about what you want and see that it is written into the contract. House had just been re-piped so plumbing activities went well. Ask about glass coating and non-slip floor coating. All tile, fixtures were selected in advance and for a nominal fee, I added additional fixtures for a guest bathroom after the fact. I'm sure I was irritating by the many questions I asked, but wanted to make sure that I understood the entire process and got the bathroom remodel that I desired. Crew were very good about calling in advance, protecting surfaces and carpeting, and doing clean-up after themselves. Overall, I've been pleased with the outcome and it was done in a timely way.

Contracted for two bathrooms, two weeks turned into a six weeks and the first bathroom is half completed. They did not comply with the design decisions and had to redo the work. At this time they want to walk away from the project.

Came on time, finished the job when they said they would, and we're very friendly. Our new shower and tub look great.

The work quality was excellent. There was some misunderstanding about the extent of the work to be done. I would say that it is a good idea to VERY carefully review the written contract and perhaps ask even less tactful questions. I would definitely recommend them for their speed and high quality of product.
