I had the most fantastic experience doing a major renovation of a 2000 square foot apartment in Manhattan. Each person involved with the project ( Elson, Ardi, Marvin) was all professional, always helpful, always on time, and each one really knew their area of expertise. I am now in my newly renovated home and walk around in utter amazement at what was done. There are no mistakes. Everything went according to plan, and even their pricing was on target. I hired GM Group to renovate my bathroom and kitchen after having great reviews from friends who used their services. The renovation took one month and was relatively stress-free because I was always kept well informed. I was assigned a terrific project manager, Kevin who met with me each week at my apartment to go over the progress of the project. He sent detailed weekly reports and was always available to answer my questions and concerns. Any issues I had were resolved in a timely manner. MyHome has a great 5 year workmanship warranty that really comes in handy after the project is completed.

We were extremely pleased with the remodel job Gotham builders did in our home. The owners Elson and Ardi followed through on everything we agreed to do. They communicated very effectively throughout the 2 1/2 month process. Elson managed the entire project start to finish and is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home improvement. He coordinated with the insurance company seamlessly. A master at his craft. This was a major job including brand new hallway upscale staircase, wood and tile flooring throughout upstairs and downstairs. And sheet rocking entire home including finishing the basement and crawl space. The team of workers were exceptional. They showed up every day with a plan for the day and executed. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from Marvin and Uriel - complete gentleman and great carpenters and craftsman. They Worked extremely hard and showed true dedication to making our home come out perfect. Our home came out incredible. Absolutely gorgeous!
