Dan and his crew were professional, and we love the new deck! It took longer than expected since there was water damage we didn't anticipate nor have knowledge of. Dan explained the issues clearly and promptly; fixed everything completely. Dan and his crew helped clean up our landscaping and took yard waste away going above and beyond what we contracted him for. We are confident that the deck will last for many years, and we'll enjoy it. We are so pleased with the finished product and would hire him again for other projects.

Dan and his crew were very efficient and professional- they kept us in the loop at all times regarding what steps they were taking, and what the cost of said steps would be. We hired them to tear down and replace a rickety, water-damaged porch, but when Dan and his crew discovered the water damage was far worse than it appeared from the outside, he and his team adjusted their plans, moved and around thier entire schedule by staying two extra days, just to restore the safety of our home and ensure they did the best job possible. They are experienced in every facet of housebuilding and repair, and nothing unexpected can deter them from delivering a great result.

Deck or Porch
I am very pleased with my new porch in the back of my house and my new ramp in the front of my house. Daniel and his crew were very professional and always willing to help. They went above and beyond by painting the brick around my house and power washing the whole house.

Deck or Porch - Repair - For Business
Dan and his crew were very pleasant and professional to work with ! They replaced decking upstairs and on main deck , bad boards and railings , stained bottom deck . Also replaced bathroom tiles , fixed pantry door , and also nailed all loose trim around house , replaced upstairs toilet and removed old one . Took all of my unwanted furniture and miscellaneous items and hauled away for me . Also helped me clean out garage ! They were very helpful and I would definitely hire them again !

Carpentry Framing - Repair
Dan did an amazing job fixing my soft floor spots for a very fair and reasonable price. He used concrete slabs, shims, and strong glue to build lasting support, and the results are incredible. The floor is now rock-solid with absolutely zero bounce, flex, or movement. Dan was polite, kept the workspace clean, and finished the job right on time. He is officially my go-to person for home maintenance, and I will absolutely hire him again for any future repairs. I highly recommend him if you want an expert job that makes your home feel safe and secure again.
