Very apprehensive about hiring an appliance repairman since most online reviews had something bad to say about each of the dozen or more companies I researched. I finally bit the bullet with Golden Rule and wasn't disappointed. Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part quickly and returned as scheduled to install it. All for a reasonable price. I will call them the next time I have an appliance issue without hesitations.
