Tony arrived promptly and took the time to explain everything they would be doing. He was unfailingly professional and polite. His crew did an excellent job with minimal disruption to the household. His price was in line with other carpet services I've used before, but his service was far superior to the others. I will absolutely use Accurate and Precise again and highly recommend them to others as well.

We were very happy with the carpet cleaning results from Tony. He explained the several step process for cleaning the carpet. First he vacuumed all the carpets, then applied a stain remover, then did the steam cleaning. The carpets look fresh and new, absolutely fabulous!

The gentleman called first thing the next morning. He explained his process in very clear, simple to understand steps. He knew his business and took time to explain that his company was certified and what this meant. We needed service right away, and they were able to find a spot to fit us in the next day. They came out early the next morning and did a beautiful job! They helped move furniture, cleaned stains I thought would never come out, and did all the work in a quick and cheerful maner. Even better, they quoted us a maximum price over the phone, which was quite reasonable, and did not exceed this amount. We are very pleased!

Over the years we have had several carpet cleaners but none as thorough as this one. We will use them again. My only suggestion is that they be careful putting their hose on dry grass: the heat can burn the grass but it does grow back.

Very knowledgeable, explained the process. I needed treatment specifically to Pet stains and smell, I specifically asked what product they would use (ie PURT or other pet solvent) and was told that they do treat pet issues. The day after the cleaning the pet stains re-emerged and the smell was not completely treated. I bought a stain remover and was able to remove the stains myself. I sent an e-mail to the business owner and he did call and ask how he could rectify the situation, however I removed the stains by that time. In the future I will use another service, one who pre treats pet issues.
