They were prompt, courteous, and did the initial job ok: the tub no longer had such a problem draining. However, the tub drain pipe leaked into the basement after they left. It did not leak before they arrived. I had to call them back. They declined to replace the work. They fiddled with a few parts. This did not fix the leak. I called a different plumber in to stop the leak.

During the past few years, we have chosen Golden Rule to install our high efficiency furnace air conditioning system. Then a new hot water heater. And significant upgrades in two of our bathrooms.
