I was great!! I know so little of how to care for a house! He took the time to explain so many situations to me. He explained to me what to look for when hiring anyone to do work on my house. He inspected the work that was done before and put together a full report with photos that are really helpful! I highly recommend Marshal, and would absolutely call him again when I need an inspection!!!

My inspection needs pulled Mr. Vokes into an ugly situation with a HOA Board who has left my unit literally feet deep under water when it rains due to common area negligence. Probably the most humiliating aspect for myself was when a Board member attacked him for even being here inspecting. In a fait world by an individual who should be in prison or committed. He handled her like a pro. He was willing to stand up to her ambushed. He continued to do the job not missing a step. Which will hopefully allow me to move forward and try to hold the people accountable for my situation to one day answer for it. He was supportive as he tried to convince me it not being as bad as it seems. I am hopeful Marshall Vokes inspection will release me from the 15 years of being held in a townhouse not to code by an apathetic Board and managment company that believe they are above building codes. A 5+ in professionalism under great pressure.
