Robert was very professional. After he replaced the part, it still wasn't working so he returned the next day and got my dryer working. No extra charge for coming again.

It took two visits and two missed appointments to fix the problem.

The technician disclosed the cause of my appliance problem very quickly without requiring any remedial action.

our freezer wasn't working properly so went on Home Adviser and got a call withing a few minutes. Great. Set up appointment for next day between 1 & 2 pm. The repair guy forgot my appointment. Disappointing. Called at 3:15 pm and he finally showed up at 7:30 pm. Better. Supposedly needed new relay switch, he just happened to have in the truck. Great. Repair and cleaning took about 45 minutes. Excellent. Fridge seems colder and waiting for another day to see if freezer really gets colder. Hopefully will have hard ice cream and ice cubes that don't partially melt. Will reduce amount of food in the freezer so air circulates better. Overall Robert Andrade did a great job.

Technician couldn't repair oven because of the stove's age. Called a parts place but part is no longer manufactured. Tried to repair but no success.

I would not recommend this company as they are not reliable; they repaired my fridge with a warranty of one month labor and 5 months part. 10 days after the repair, the fridge broke again. I called them, they gave me excuses and did not show up. It cost me $290.00

I don't like to be critical as I feel the young serviceman was quite nice and tried hard to please. However, it took 5 visits to get the job done right. I wish that I could give a 5 star rating, but in all honesty, I cannot.

Great service. Tech arrived right away and was done in half an hour. But the repair was very expensive.

Bad experience

After a week of trying my refrigerator is not working. It took 4 weeks, but, I finally got my initial investment back. The repairman was very polite, but, it took 4 weeks of living with one fridge and one dead fridge. I called someone else in and the part that was broken was replaced and the fridge is working. Overall, not good.

The service tech had to come back to the home several times trying to repair the dryer. My husband eventually discovered a dryer sheet was blocking the vent. The service tech didn't realize that, he bought some pieces that weren't really needed.
