All last winter we suffered through clogged gutters without really realizing it, thinking our problem was not having as many downspouts as we had prior to having our roof redone. Miguel was fantastic to work with: easy to schedule and communicate with, up front about the price and didn't needlessly encourage us to get more downspouts when all we needed was a good cleaning. The couple times it rained after having it done were wonderful-- at last we could enjoy the gentle sound of rain instead of the noisy waterfalls that were being created by all our gutter debris. After a dry December, now that the rains are back in in full force, we are still delighted with the results and will happily use Golden State Cleaning Systems again.

They were available when I wanted the job done and were on time.

I will have to wait for the first measurable rain to see how everything drains before I can give a full review, but Miguel is a customer friendly guy who completed the job quickly and did a pretty good job cleaning up.

I had found the co on Home Advisor. When they came to the house I asked them if he took credit cards and they said yes but there wold be a 3 % service charge. He said those were the rules. I I guess I wasnt in the mood to tell him that I had used credit cards consistently and had never paid such a charge. I said I would write him a check which had been negotiated from $200 to $175. A couple of days later it started to pour and my wife noticed that one of the downspouts was overflowing. I called them up and told them about the downspout and he said he would send somebody out. We were not home when the guy he sent came out but we assumed the problem had been corrected. But the next heavy rain my wife noticed the same problem. He was supposed to send somebody out today at 400 PM. Nobody ever showed up. We were there at 400. I am frankly tired of dealing with this.

GSC did not take seriously about appointments as scheduled. Instead, for own convenience, showed up hours earlier without a consultation with or notification to the customer. Work completion was claimed by contacting the customer later via text message. Invoice followed a day after. However, customer observed one of the problematic gutters was still overflowing and a returned visit had to be requested - GSC took few scoops of mud out of that junction. Hoping not to see the same problem again in the upcoming rain?!

Very nice guy,but he and his worker spent total of 1/2 hour cleaning my gutters....their equipment was a ladder and two plastic gutter scoops....did not flush out the downspouts or run water through the gutters....instead of hauling the residual from my gutters away...they used my trash can. I did question his bill and he took $25 off the $200....

Miguel was right on time, did a good job and explained potential problems. Neat and very courteous. Will hire again.

Miguel was slightly late for the appointment; however he and his partner got immediately to work, showed me all the leaves and dirt that he removed from the gutters and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the cleaning and repairing of my gutters. He left everything very clean.
